What you can do with it
The included games are ready to play with the matching joystick. The HDMI connection supports 720p output at either 50 or 60 Hz, with US and European display modes and an optional CRT filter. The system also has four save slots for each game, so you can save progress rather than rely on a single global slot.
USB adds uses beyond the preinstalled library. With a USB keyboard, the Mini can run as a home computer for writing BASIC programs, which can be saved to a USB stick. Retro Games Ltd also describes loading and playing programs you already own from USB. The manufacturer says it supports many USB game controllers; that does not establish compatibility with every controller.
