Account deletion and the Throne and Liberty data-transfer opt-out are different requests. Deletion is a privacy request for data associated with your Amazon Games iD, submitted after signing in at id.amazongames.com. The opt-out is a migration decision that prevents your Throne and Liberty game data from moving from Amazon Game Studios to NC. The opt-out FAQ describes what happens to game data during the service transition. The support article titled “Amazon Game Studios and My Data” describes where to begin an Amazon Games iD data-access or deletion request. Neither source says that submitting one request automatically submits the other.

How to submit the request
- Open id.amazongames.com and sign in with the Amazon Games iD connected to your game activity.
- Use the portal’s data-access or deletion option. The exact labels and screens can change, so follow the current instructions shown for your account rather than relying on an old walkthrough.
- Review the request details before submitting. If the portal asks you to identify a category of data or an account, select the information that matches your request.
- Submit the request and save the confirmation or reference information displayed by the portal.

What the published guidance does not promise
The Throne and Liberty support article does not list every record covered by deletion. It does not say that character data, platform-account data, customer-support history or every record linked to Amazon will necessarily be erased. It also does not publish a processing deadline or a complete list of retention exceptions. Do not represent the request as guaranteed immediate removal of every copy of every record.

You want to keep your data out of NC
Submit the separate transition opt-out while the opt-out window is open. Confirm that the Amazon Games iD is active and that the platform account is linked. The cost of that choice is loss of carryover: the characters, progress and inventory covered by the migration will not appear under NC.

Assuming progress is recoverable after opting out
The transition FAQ says the opted-out characters, progression and inventory do not carry over. A later NC session starts fresh, so do not opt out if retaining that progression is your priority.
