What does Early Access mean for players?
The Steam page’s developer-provided Early Access description says the game is incomplete and may change. It says player feedback is intended to inform content, features, gameplay tuning, performance, and polish. That launch-era description also characterized multiplayer as an early preview that was functional but lacked features and polish; it should not be read as a current assessment of the latest build.
THQ Nordic’s August 8, 2025 roadmap said major content updates were planned about every three months, with smaller updates in between, and then expected Early Access to continue until late 2026. Those were plans stated in 2025, not a continuing schedule or guarantee. When does Titan Quest II leave Early Access?
THQ Nordic announced on September 23, 2026, that version 1.0 is planned to launch on January 19, 2027. The announced platforms are PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The August 2025 Early Access announcement named Steam and the Epic Games Store for PC. The publisher’s September 2026 announcement also listed PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S for the planned version 1.0 release. It stated suggested retail prices of $49.99 / €49.99 for PC and $59.99 / €59.99 for consoles. Those are the publisher’s announced full-release prices, not confirmation of current Early Access checkout prices or prices in every region.
