How do the physical editions relate to the original release?
The physical pre-order period came after the original digital release announcement. Tomb Raider’s official October 2024 announcement set the digital launch for February 14, 2025, on Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC through Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG, at $29.99. That digital launch price and timing are separate from the later physical-edition reports.
The same official announcement cited more than 100 million Tomb Raider franchise units sold as of October 11, 2024. That figure refers to the franchise as a whole, not sales of Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered.
