Trail’s End is a Wayfarer Wish accepted from the Wish Wall in Bellhart. It sends you to look for Shakra and her master in Bilewater: make sure you have found Shakra at her reported locations and bought her maps, then follow the trail of rings into the northeastern part of the region. Guides report the Throwing Ring as the reward, though that reward is not confirmed by every quest reference.
Where to start Trail’s End
Find the Wish on the Bellhart Wish Wall. The quest is a Wayfarer Wish about searching for Shakra and her master in Bilewater, rather than a boss-fight objective. Gamer Guides’ quest entry lists the interactive-map location as Pharloom X: 9153, Y: 13408. The page does not explain the coordinate system or provide enough route context to treat those numbers as a precise, independently verified map pin.
Trail’s End requirements
Before checking the Wish Wall, find Shakra at her locations and purchase her maps. Gamer Guides, Nerd’s Chalk, and Rogue report these as prerequisites, but the exact unlock triggers are not fully settled.
Defeating Groal the Great is not established as a universal requirement. Gamer Guides says the Wish has reportedly appeared without that fight and suggests defeating Groal as a troubleshooting step if it is still missing.

If the Wish does not appear
- Confirm that you have encountered Shakra at her locations and bought all of her maps.
- Return to Bellhart’s Wish Wall after making further progress, then check again.
- If the Wish remains unavailable, consider defeating Groal the Great. Treat this as a reported troubleshooting tip, not a confirmed requirement.
Trail’s End location and route in Bilewater
Once the Wish is active, follow Shakra’s trail of rings through Bilewater. Nerd’s Chalk places the final search in a hidden passage in northeastern Bilewater. Look for a way through the northeastern area rather than relying on the listed coordinates alone to navigate.
Nerd’s Chalk also recommends opening a bench on the west side before beginning the search to reduce backtracking. This is a convenience, not a stated quest requirement.

Trail’s End reward
Nerd’s Chalk reports that completing the Wish unlocks the Throwing Ring. A syndicated Yardbarker/Total Apex Gaming article also describes it as a ranged tool that can bounce off enemies. The Gamer Guides quest entry does not name a reward, so the Throwing Ring claim is guide-reported rather than independently confirmed across these references.
