What is the remake?
Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is a complete remake of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky FC, the first entry in the Trails series. Nintendo’s official product description calls the original “a story-driven RPG that took off as the landmark first installment of the beloved Trails series” and says it is “receiving a full remake.”
The story follows Estelle and Joshua, two young Bracers traveling through the Liberl Kingdom. Their journey begins after their father, Cassius, disappears. The remake preserves that central premise while rebuilding Liberl in 3D and refining character designs.
