What is in Mineplex’s 2026 Halloween update?
Mineplex’s official forum announcement, posted October 1, 2026, describes a Halloween-themed hub, a treasure hunt with rewards placed around the hub, the return of Halloween Havoc, Trick or Treat Chests, and legacy cosmetics. Halloween Havoc has separate Normal and Challenger queues. Mineplex admin Marzie introduced the announcement with: “Halloween has arrived on Mineplex!” Read the Mineplex announcement.
How Trick or Treat Chests work
According to Mineplex, each chest awards one cosmetic the player does not already own, with equal chances among the cosmetics available in that chest’s pool. After the player has collected every cosmetic in the pool, additional Trick or Treat Chests convert to Mythical Chests. These are Mineplex-specific rules, not general mechanics for other Halloween events.

Blizzard described The Haunting of Verdansk as a limited-time event scheduled for October 20 to November 3. In Verdansk, players could search specified areas for Trick or Treat Supply Boxes. A box could award a blueprint or cosmetic item, or trigger a brief scare. Collecting all 16 individual rewards unlocked the Pumpkin Punisher Legendary Assault Rifle blueprint. Does the phrase refer to a Roblox Halloween update?
