Riot confirmed Twitch Drops for Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart’s League of Legends streamer tournament on May 11, 2026. Watching an eligible participating stream could unlock the Look Inward emote after 30 minutes and the Inkshadow Master Yi skin plus the champion after two hours. The campaign was time-limited and is no longer active.
What Riot confirmed
Riot’s official League of Legends account announced that viewers could earn a free skin by watching Jynxzi’s League tournament. The reward ladder had two stages:

| Watch requirement | Reward |
|---|---|
| 30 minutes | Look Inward emote |
| Two hours | Inkshadow Master Yi skin and the Master Yi champion |
The two-hour reward was more than a skin cosmetic: viewers received the champion as well. Both rewards were digital in-game items.
When and where the tournament took place
Coverage scheduled the event for May 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern. Reports did not agree on the field size. One described a 30-player tournament, while a preview referred to a planned 40-creator field. Those figures should not be treated as the same confirmed lineup; the available descriptions reflect different stages or accounts of the event.

The Drops applied to eligible participating streams rather than to every Twitch channel showing League of Legends. Viewers therefore needed to choose a stream included in the event’s eligible broadcast group.
How viewers earned the Drops
Riot’s instructions required three actions: watch an eligible stream, connect Twitch to the viewer’s Riot or League account, and claim the reward in Twitch Inventory once the watch threshold was reached.

- Open an eligible participating broadcast. Watching a random League of Legends channel was not enough unless that channel was part of the tournament’s eligible streams.
- Link the accounts. Twitch had to be connected to the Riot/League account that the viewer wanted to receive the items on. If the accounts were not linked, watch time could not deliver the rewards to the intended game account.
- Reach the threshold while watching. The emote unlocked at 30 minutes. The Inkshadow Master Yi bundle required two hours of qualifying viewing.
- Claim the item in Twitch Inventory. Earning progress did not replace the claim step. Viewers had to open Twitch Inventory and claim each available reward.
The campaign instructions treated claiming as part of the process, so a reward showing as earned should not be assumed to have been automatically added to the game account.

No. This was a May 2026 event campaign tied to the tournament period, so it should be treated as historical rather than currently available. The announcement does not establish an ongoing claim window after the event. If the reward is no longer listed as available in Twitch Inventory, watching another League stream cannot recreate the expired campaign.

What to check if a reward did not appear
- Channel eligibility: Confirm that the broadcast was one of the tournament’s participating streams, not simply a League category stream.
- Account connection: Check that Twitch is linked to the correct Riot/League account, especially if multiple game accounts were used.
- Threshold: Verify whether the account reached 30 minutes or the full two hours of qualifying watch time.
- Inventory claim: Look in Twitch Inventory for an unclaimed reward. Reaching a threshold and completing the claim were separate steps.
- Campaign timing: Because the May campaign has ended, a missing historical reward may reflect expiration rather than a current viewing error.
What about the later “insane drops” tease?
A later tease referred to “insane drops,” but no verified reward list, watch-time requirement, eligible-channel list, claim deadline, or official Riot announcement for that separate promotion was established. It should not be presented as confirmation that the Inkshadow Master Yi campaign was extended or replaced.

If another streamer tournament offers Drops, compare the details that determine whether it is genuinely useful:

| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Watch-time threshold | Shows how long qualifying viewing must continue for each item. |
| Reward type | Separates an emote or other cosmetic from a skin-and-champion bundle. |
| Eligible channels | Confirms which broadcasts actually count toward progress. |
| Account-linking rule | Identifies whether Twitch must be connected to a Riot/League account before viewing. |
| Claim deadline | Determines how long an earned item remains claimable. |
| Official announcement | Distinguishes a confirmed Riot campaign from a streamer tease or rumor. |
For the May 11 event, the confirmed facts were the 30-minute Look Inward emote, the two-hour Inkshadow Master Yi skin and champion, the account-linking and Twitch Inventory claim requirements, and the campaign’s limited duration.
