You can still play it if you claimed it during the promotion: Epic says claimed free games stay in your library permanently, even if you have not downloaded them. If you missed it, you will need to wait for another promotion or buy the game.
When was Two Point Hospital free on Epic?
Contemporaneous reporting put the promotion between June 12 and June 19, 2025, with the offer ending at 15:00 UTC on June 19, according to Notebookcheck’s report. Epic’s general rules require players to claim a free game within the offer’s stated period; the expired giveaway cannot now be used to add the game to a library. Epic Games Store Support explains the deadline rule.

What if you claimed it during the giveaway?
If you added Two Point Hospital to your Epic account before the promotion ended, it remains yours in that account. Epic says a claimed game stays in the library permanently, whether or not you download it right away. Sign in to the same Epic account and check your library to find it. Epic’s weekly free-game guidance describes this entitlement.
If you missed the offer, what are your options?
- Watch for a future giveaway. Epic recommends keeping an eye on future free promotions and special offers, but it has not established that Two Point Hospital will return as a free game.
- Buy the Windows base game. The Epic Store listing displayed a US price of $29.99 on October 8, 2026. Prices can differ by region and change over time, so check the listing for your market before purchasing.
- Consider the console collection only if you want a console edition. The separately announced Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection brings together the base game and its DLC and Free-LC, including DLC previously unreleased on consoles. It is a distinct product, not a way to claim the Epic Windows giveaway.
How Epic’s free-game offers work
Epic says weekly free games rotate every Thursday at 8 a.m. Pacific Time and are available for seven days. You need an Epic Games account with two-factor authentication enabled to claim one. After claiming, the game remains in your account even if you do not download it immediately. Epic also says support cannot provide advance information about upcoming free games. What game is listed on Epic?
Epic lists Two Point Hospital as a single-player hospital-management simulation for Windows, developed by Two Point Studios and published by SEGA. Players build and manage hospitals, arrange rooms and waiting areas, hire and train staff, and treat fictional illnesses using specialist machines. Epic’s listing gives these PC requirements:

How the Full Health Collection differs
SEGA announced the digital Full Health Collection for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 in September 2026. Physical editions for PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 are scheduled for November 6, 2026, according to SEGA’s announcement. The official Two Point FAQ says the collection includes the base game, DLC, and Free-LC. Its platform, contents, price, and regional availability are separate from the Epic Windows listing; check local retailers or storefronts for current availability and release status.
