Undying Vine is a rare Soak dropped at random by Lushleaf enemies in Chapter 4’s secret Purple Cloud Mountain area. To farm it, start at the Valley of Blooms shrine, cross the nearby bridge, and follow the path to the left to find a Lushleaf. Kill it, then rest at the shrine to respawn it and repeat if the Soak does not drop.
Where to find Undying Vine
Undying Vine comes from Lushleaf, a tree-like enemy in Purple Cloud Mountain, the secret area in Chapter 4. The drop is random, so defeating one Lushleaf does not guarantee the Soak.

Farm from the Valley of Blooms shrine
- Travel to the Valley of Blooms shrine in Purple Cloud Mountain.
- Cross the nearby bridge and take the path to the left to encounter a Lushleaf.
- Defeat the Lushleaf and check whether Undying Vine dropped.
- If it did not, rest at the shrine to respawn the enemy, then repeat the route.
These route and drop details are reported by PowerPyx’s Soak locations guide and Dayngls’ Chapter 4 walkthrough. No drop-rate figure is established, so there is no reliable number of kills to expect.
What Undying Vine does
Undying Vine is a Soak equipped in your gourd, not a material used to upgrade it. When you use the gourd, it instantly restores a great amount of Stamina and temporarily increases Stamina recovery rate. Its maximum hold count is three, according to the Gamer Guides item database.

Undying Vine is not Luojia Fragrant Vine
The names are similar, but these are different items with different purposes. Undying Vine is a Soak that changes the effect of gourd use; Luojia Fragrant Vine is a material used at Shen Monkey to upgrade the gourd. When to equip it
Choose Undying Vine if recovering Stamina and improving its recovery after using the gourd suit your build. Its value depends on your Stamina needs and when you use the gourd; the available item information does not establish a numerical comparison with other Soaks.
