Combat combines melee weapons, firearms, stamina management, and supernatural abilities. Official descriptions name light and heavy attacks, parries, counterattacks, dashes, and finishers. The first-person perspective means spacing and enemy readability are central considerations, but no independent hands-on assessment of how well the combat works was established before launch.

Weapons and Transmutations
The publisher identifies a rapier, pistol, claymore, and musket among the weapons. Transmutations are supernatural powers used in the left hand; named examples include Fire, Shield, and Grapple. How long is the story, and what is planned after launch?
In a September 17, 2026 announcement, One More Level described the campaign as a “20-hour story.” That is the developer’s description, not an independently measured average; actual playtime can vary by player and play style. The same pre-launch materials announced New Game+ for Q4 2026, with player progression and loot carried into a harder second campaign.
