Verdansk has 296 points of interest (POIs), including 21 major POIs, according to Call of Duty’s interactive Tac Atlas. Storage Town, Atlas Superstore and Zordaya Prison Complex are three distinct landmarks: a tight maze of garages, a sprawling commercial interior and a fortified multi-level complex. The guide below explains where they sit, what their layouts mean in a match, and how to use the wider POI listings without confusing seasonal labels for permanent map features.
How many POIs are on Verdansk?
Call of Duty’s current Verdansk Tac Atlas lists 296 total POIs, of which 21 are major. The Atlas includes both prominent destinations and smaller landmarks, so the total is broader than a short list of named drop locations.

Verdansk returned to Warzone on April 3, 2025, as a rebuilt version of the original map. Call of Duty described it as 95% rebuilt from the 2020 version, with around five percent of the landscape receiving light adjustments and quality-of-life improvements; those figures are the publisher’s characterization, not an independent measurement. The official return overview groups selected locations into 12 Event Zones. Event Zones are groupings, not the complete inventory of 296 POIs.

Storage Town is west of the Airport zone. It is a compact self-storage complex with more than 30 garage structures arranged along six north–south alleys and three east–west alleys. Military tents and small offices sit among the garages; most structures are single-level.

What to expect inside Storage Town
The narrow, intersecting corridors create close-quarters encounters and make it easy to lose track of players moving between rows. Awareness matters when crossing an alley or holding a sightline into one: cover can conceal a nearby opponent as readily as it can protect you.
Building 3 is the notable exception to the low-rise layout. It has multiple levels, a ladder to the roof and an elevated view over the area. The official tour also identifies remaining farmsteads to the east and a swimming pool to the south. These neighboring landmarks can help orient you, but a drop or route is not universally safest; the flight path, circle and other players all affect the decision.

Where is Atlas Superstore?
Atlas Superstore sits just south of the Airport. Its large commercial building has a blue-and-yellow logo, several entrances and a maze-like interior. Exterior ladders provide access to the roof, while the broad parking lot outside is exposed; vehicle roof sections and destroyed vehicles offer some cover on the approach. Call of Duty’s 2025 tour describes Superstore as a hot drop, but that is not a guarantee about how busy it will be in any particular match.

Inside, the building’s scale and branching routes can make navigation and tracking opponents difficult. Roof access adds a vertical option, while arriving across the parking lot can leave you visible. Choosing between those approaches is a tactical trade-off, not a guaranteed advantage: position, timing and nearby opponents matter.

Loot labels are seasonal rather than permanent map facts. For example, the Season 03 Reloaded patch notes named Train Station, Superstore and Military Base as High Value Loot Zones for that season. Do not assume the designation remains active in another season; check the current season’s notes or in-game map.
Where is Prison on the Verdansk map?
“Prison” refers to the Zordaya Prison Complex. The Atlas and Call of Duty’s March 26, 2025 Verdansk tour describe a fortified location with cells, yards and Gulag showers. The tour also highlights the battlements, cell block tower, main Gulag, overflow pipe and coastal marshland trenches.

Reading the Prison layout
The complex offers distinct interior, elevated and perimeter approaches. The cell block and other structures create enclosed routes, while battlements and the tower provide elevated positions. The marsh trenches and overflow pipe are perimeter features to recognize when moving around the complex.

The Gulag is a gameplay feature associated with the location; it is not another name for the whole POI. The 2025 tour says the return included all three Gulag variants. That detail describes the 2025 version and should not be taken as a statement of the current variants without checking current game information.

What are the other major Verdansk areas?
The 2025 overview’s 12 Event Zones provide a useful orientation to larger map areas. The examples below are named locations identified by Call of Duty; this Event Zone overview is not a substitute for the Tac Atlas’s broader POI inventory.

| Dam | Gora Dam |
| Military Base | Arklov Peak Military Base |
| Quarry | Karst River Quarry |
| Storage Town | Storage Town |
| Superstore | Atlas Superstore |

| Port | City of Verdansk Port |
| Prison | Zordaya Prison Complex |
Other landmarks called out by the Atlas and 2025 tour include Airport Terminal, Control Tower, BCH TV Station, the Superstore parking lot, Airport Maintenance hangars and the Prison entrance post. Use the interactive Tac Atlas for exact positioning and the current map view; a text list is useful for recognition, not precise navigation.
How do Storage Town, Superstore and Prison compare?
| POI | Layout and cover | Verticality and approach | Practical consideration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Storage Town | Dense garage rows with narrow intersecting alleys | Mostly single-level; Building 3 has roof access. Farmsteads lie east and a pool south. | Close quarters and limited sightlines make awareness important when crossing or holding an alley. |
| Atlas Superstore | Large, maze-like commercial interior; broad, exposed parking lot with some vehicle cover | Exterior ladders reach the roof; several entrances | Weigh the complex interior and roof access against exposure when approaching across the lot. |
| Zordaya Prison Complex | Cells, yards, Gulag showers and perimeter trenches | Battlements and cell block tower; overflow pipe and coastal marshland perimeter | Plan around distinct interior, elevated and perimeter routes. |
These differences describe geography, not a ranking of the “best” drop. The useful choice depends on what you want from a landing and on match conditions, including the plane’s path, circle and competing teams.
