What is Astro Bot, and where can you play it?
Astro Bot is a single-player rescue adventure for PS5, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment and released September 6, 2024. PlayStation describes a journey across more than 50 planets to find Astro’s scattered bot crew, with familiar PlayStation characters appearing along the way. The official US PlayStation product page identifies the product as the PS5 Standard Edition.
The game supports DualSense vibration and trigger effects. That support connects naturally to its PlayStation Blog poll recognition for Best Use of DualSense, but it does not mean a new controller is required.
