Yes. Batman: Arkham Asylum was remastered as part of Batman: Return to Arkham, a two-game collection that also includes Batman: Arkham City. It is a collection release, not a separate standalone game titled simply Arkham Asylum Remastered.

Batman: Return to Arkham bundles Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, along with previously released additional content. Warner Bros. Virtuos, which worked on the remaster, said it upgraded models, environments, lighting, effects and shaders. Those are the developer’s stated changes, rather than a claim of independently measured performance or visual quality. Virtuos’ announcement describes its work.
When and where was it released?
PlayStation lists Batman: Return to Arkham as a PS4 game published by Warner Bros. Interactive, with a release date of October 18, 2016. Its listing confirms that the collection includes both games and their additional content. See the PlayStation listing.

No. Batman: Arkham Trilogy is a separate, later package for Nintendo Switch that includes Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight, plus DLC. Warner Bros. announced its Switch launch for December 1, 2023. The publisher’s launch announcement identifies the package and date.
