Whether it is publishing now is unconfirmed: community posts from 2025 include reports that it may have stopped and a separate effort to revive it, but they do not verify later issues.
What was the 2b2t Times?
The 2b2t Times was a community newspaper for the 2b2t Minecraft server. The 2b2t Wiki’s entry describes it as weekly, with editors voting on stories and accepting suggestions from the wider community. Copies were distributed in-game as map art, and a Discord server served as an archive for earlier stories.

The Wiki also describes an in-game headquarters associated with producing the map art. Its page lists Issue 34, “Warden,” as the current issue, but the search result for that entry has no visible revision date, so it does not establish that Issue 34 remains the latest in 2026.
What is known about its hiatus and return?
The Wiki recounts that the newspaper announced an indefinite hiatus after Issue 28. It also says a new issue was released on October 4 after the headquarters was rebuilt, but the entry’s search result does not state the year of that return. This is the publication history recorded by the community-maintained Wiki, not confirmation of current activity.

Is it publishing now?
There is no confirmed answer in the available dated evidence. In an April 2025 r/2b2t discussion, one player asked whether the paper was still active and where to find a copy. Replies said they had heard it stopped and that existing maps no longer displayed it. Those are anecdotal community reports, not an official discontinuation notice.
A separate 2025 Reddit post, “Time to bring back The 2b2t Times!”, announced a revival effort. The post establishes an attempt to bring the paper back, but the available information does not confirm that it resulted in published issues or a continuing schedule.
Where can you find a paper?
The historical Wiki entry says the newspaper was distributed in-game as map art and that earlier stories were archived through Discord. It does not establish a current archive link or a way to obtain a recent copy. Check the revival post and current 2b2t community channels for a dated issue or a working archive link; do not assume an old map or historical Discord reference is still available.
