Yes—Ubisoft gave away the standard PC edition of Immortals Fenyx Rising during its Black Friday 2025 promotion, with no purchase required. The claim window ended on December 2, 2025, so the giveaway is no longer active.
What Ubisoft gave away
Ubisoft’s November 13, 2025 announcement confirmed that the free offer was for the game’s standard edition on PC. Ubisoft said, “No purchase is necessary to get your free copy of Immortals Fenyx Rising.” The announcement is available from Ubisoft News.

This was a PC entitlement, not a giveaway for every platform. Ubisoft had announced on November 10 that claiming would begin November 13 through the Ubisoft Store or Ubisoft Connect PC client, as detailed in its Ubisoft Connect fifth-anniversary announcement.
When the free claim ended
The Ubisoft Store promotion page set the deadline at December 2, 2025, at 10 AM UTC. That date has passed, so new users cannot claim the game through this promotion. The deadline was stated on the Ubisoft Store Black Friday page.

Is Immortals Fenyx Rising free now?
No current free offer is established by the 2025 promotion. A separately checked Ubisoft Store listing labeled “Currently active Free Offer” showed the standard edition as a paid listing at $4.00, with $39.99 displayed as the prior price. That is a volatile store snapshot that may vary by region or change over time; it does not extend or renew the expired giveaway. Check the Ubisoft Store for the price and availability shown for your region.

The giveaway did not provide a Nintendo Switch copy. Ubisoft’s FY 2021 Q3 title release schedule lists Nintendo Switch among the game’s platforms, but that does not establish a current listing, stock, or price for a physical edition. Any Switch copy is a separate console purchase, not the expired free PC offer.
