Push Square awarded the remake a 10/10 review score; that is the outlet’s verdict, not a consensus rating.
Which game does the headline describe?
It most plausibly refers to Shadow of the Colossus for PS4, released in 2018. Bluepoint Games and Japan Studio rebuilt the game for the console. PlayStation described it as “rebuilt from the ground up,” and its release coverage listed both digital and retail formats: PlayStation.Blog’s 2018 release announcement.

“Remaster” is imprecise here: the PS4 edition is a remake, distinct from the earlier PS3 remaster and the PS2 original. Calling it the Shadow of the Colossus PS4 remake avoids conflating those versions.
Was it free with PlayStation Plus?
Yes, for a limited period. Sony included Shadow of the Colossus in the March 2020 PlayStation Plus monthly-game lineup. PlayStation.Blog said it was available to download from March 3 through April 6, 2020: Sony’s March 2020 announcement.
That dated promotion does not establish whether the game is included in a PlayStation Plus tier now. Current availability may depend on the catalog, subscription tier and region; the 2020 announcement alone cannot confirm it.
Why did one review call it a 10/10?
Push Square’s review gave the PS4 remake an “Outstanding 10/10” verdict. The same page separately displays an 8.6 game rating, so the 10/10 should be understood as Push Square’s review score—not a universal or aggregated consensus: Push Square’s review.

The game centers on a lone wanderer crossing a vast landscape on horseback in search of colossal creatures. The Forbidden Lands are explorable, but intentionally sparse and desolate rather than packed with conventional open-world activities. Much of the experience is about traversing the quiet terrain and confronting the Colossi with a sword and bow. PlayStation’s release description emphasizes the world and its towering creatures, while Push Square’s review describes free exploration of a desolate setting.
