MobileSyrup reported on November 13, 2024 that GameStop Canada would contact selected Onyx members with an opportunity to purchase products from the PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection. The report quoted a GameStop Canada post describing access for its “truest PlayStation fans.” It said each selected participant could purchase one unit, with orders planned to ship November 20, before the collection’s stated November 21 launch.
