The killer dolls in The Casting of Frank Stone are called Relliks: in-game collectibles modeled after Dead by Daylight killers. They are not confirmed physical merchandise. The “Rellik Doll Charms” included with the Deluxe Edition are digital rewards for Dead by Daylight, not dolls you can buy or display.
What are the Relliks?
Relliks are collectibles hidden throughout The Casting of Frank Stone. A community achievement guide describes them as dolls of the original Dead by Daylight killers, and lists 12 Relliks. The same guide lists 12 separate trinkets that resemble killer add-ons; those counts come from the guide, not an official published collectible tally. The official Dead by Daylight shop’s Casting of Frank Stone collection currently lists a Murder Mill T-shirt and a Murder Mill fleece hooded sweatshirt, not Rellik dolls. The shop also has general Collectibles and Figures & Statues categories, but those category pages do not establish that a physical Frank Stone Rellik doll is for sale. Shop inventory can change.

What are the Rellik Doll Charms?
The Xbox listing for The Casting of Frank Stone Deluxe Edition includes three Rellik Doll Charms as rewards for Dead by Daylight. These are digital in-game charms, not physical dolls or the Relliks you discover in Frank Stone. The listing says a Behaviour Account with linked entitlements to both games is required to claim the rewards. Check the Xbox Deluxe Edition listing for the edition details and reward conditions; they may change.
