Search every email account for “Supercell ID”, check any phone or tablet where the game is still open, and use the game’s official in-game support option if you cannot identify or access the linked address. Supercell may change the email after verifying that you own the account, but it does not provide a public tool that simply reveals a forgotten Supercell ID email.
First, identify which problem you have
“I forgot my Supercell ID email” can describe several different situations:

- You forgot the address itself: search your mailboxes and inspect Supercell ID settings on a device that is still logged in.
- You know the address but cannot open the inbox: recover the mailbox through its email provider first.
- You can access the inbox but receive no code: check spam, filters, blocked senders, and code-entry limits.
- The account was never connected to Supercell ID: contact Supercell Support from inside the game.
Supercell ID is passwordless: logging in normally requires a verification code sent to the connected email, not a conventional password. See Supercell’s explanation of Supercell ID.
1. Search every email account for the address
Search all inboxes you have used—not just your current primary account—for:

Check your spam or junk folder, Promotions or Updates tabs, archived mail, and Trash if deleted messages are still retained. Also inspect email filters and forwarding rules that may have redirected Supercell messages. Supercell specifically recommends searching for “Supercell ID” and checking these delivery problems in its verification-code troubleshooting guide.
Other places may reveal the address: an old phone or tablet, a password manager, browser autofill, saved account notes, or an old school, work, secondary, or discontinued email account. Do not post a possible address publicly or send it to someone offering recovery help.
2. Check a device where the account is still open
A device that still has your progress loaded is your best evidence of ownership. Before logging out, deleting the game, or switching accounts, record the player tag and other identifying details.

- Open Settings.
- Select Supercell ID.
- Open the Supercell ID settings area, usually through a settings cogwheel.
The exact screen and whether the full address is displayed can vary by game, language, platform, and app update. Do not assume that a partially hidden address or account switcher will always show the complete email.
3. Log in after you find the email
Choose Log in rather than Create when recovering an existing account. Enter the email you believe is linked, request a verification code, and use the newest code sent to that inbox.
Only the most recently sent verification code works, according to Supercell. Avoid entering repeated guesses: Supercell states that three incorrect codes in a row can stop new codes from arriving for 24 hours.
If several game accounts are associated with one email, confirm the correct game, player name, player tag, level, clan, club, or other progression details before accepting the login. One email can be used with multiple Supercell game accounts, so signing in does not necessarily select the account you intended.

4. Change the email while you still have access
If the account is open and you can receive messages at the current Supercell ID address, use the published path:
Settings → Supercell ID → settings cogwheel → Change Email
Supercell normally requires a verification code sent to the current email. Enter that code, then provide the replacement address. The new address must be accessible and may need to be one that is not already linked to another Supercell ID. Supercell’s email-change instructions say that accounts considered unsecured may have the change-email feature disabled; in that case, contact Support instead.
Changing the email is not the same as creating a new Supercell ID. Creating a new ID can leave your original progress attached to the old account.

Use the official support route from the game containing the account:
- Open the game.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Help and Support.
- Tap the contact or message button, commonly located in the upper-right corner.
Some games or support versions use labels such as Help and Info, a hamburger menu, and Leave a message. Look for the in-game contact option rather than relying on one exact label. Menu names can change by game, locale, platform, or future update. Supercell’s lost-account guidance describes this recovery route.
Explain that you lost access to—or cannot identify—the Supercell ID email and want to recover the game account. Supercell may change the linked email after verifying ownership, but recovery is not guaranteed unless it can establish that the account belongs to you.

Prepare ownership information
Provide truthful, consistent information. Supercell identifies details such as these as useful:

- In-game account name and previous names
- Account level or progression marker, such as Town Hall level
- Clan, club, neighborhood, task force, or similar group name
- Approximate account-creation period
- Previous devices and operating systems
- Other Supercell games linked to the same account
- Purchase transaction IDs and receipts
- Any Account Protection recovery code or related phone information
- The new email address you want to use
These are examples, not a guaranteed checklist for every case. Do not guess, copy another player’s information, or attempt to recover somebody else’s account. If you are still logged in, capture your player tag before starting the conversation.
6. If Account Protection was enabled
Account Protection can add SMS verification or recovery codes to the recovery process. If Support offers either method, use the phone number or recovery code configured for that account. Store recovery codes securely; never share them with unofficial contacts.
Generating new recovery codes invalidates the old ones. Changing the linked phone number can also affect older recovery information. Account Protection is not available for every account: Supercell says eligibility can exclude young-player accounts and accounts with unusual activity, and its referenced support page lists Belarus, Russia, China, Iran, Vietnam, Cuba, and North Korea among locations where the feature is unavailable. Verification-code problems
The code is not arriving
- Confirm that the address is the one originally connected to Supercell ID.
- Search the entire inbox for
Supercell ID. - Check spam, junk, Promotions, Updates, archive, and provider filters.
- Check blocked senders, forwarding rules, and mailbox storage.
- Request one fresh code and use only the newest message.
Supercell does not publish a guaranteed delivery time, so do not rely on a promised number of minutes. If three codes were entered incorrectly in a row, its guidance says new codes may be blocked for 24 hours. Stop guessing and try again after that restriction has passed.
The email address is rejected as unsupported
Some email domains are not supported because Supercell considers them more vulnerable to security risks. An “unsupported email” message does not necessarily mean the game account is lost. Try another valid, accessible email address that is not already linked to a Supercell ID; there is no need to buy a special email service. See Supercell ID’s official requirements.

Recover the email account through Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple, your school, your employer, or whichever provider owns the mailbox. Supercell cannot reset that provider’s password or bypass its identity checks.

If the provider cannot restore access, contact Supercell through the game’s Settings → Help and Support contact option and provide ownership evidence. Do not log out of a working game installation while you still have one.
If the account was never connected to Supercell ID
This is different from forgetting an existing Supercell ID address. Supercell says an account that was never connected may still be recoverable through Support, subject to ownership verification. The process may involve creating a Supercell ID, so have an accessible email ready that is not already connected to another Supercell ID. Starting a new ID by itself does not restore the old progress.

If someone else may be using the account
Treat suspicious activity as an account-security incident. Contact Support in-game, describe what changed, and secure the associated email account if you can still access it. Enable two-factor authentication on that email provider where available.
Never share a Supercell login or recovery code with an unsolicited helper. Supercell says it does not unexpectedly contact players to request Supercell ID login codes. Do not pay an “account recovery” seller, use a free-gems or account-verification website, or continue a recovery conversation that began through social media or chat. Use only the in-game support conversation you initiated or official Supercell support pages. See Supercell’s account-safety guidance.

What not to do
- Do not create a new Supercell ID and assume it contains the old progress.
- Do not log out of the last working device before recording the player tag.
- Do not repeatedly enter guessed codes.
- Do not use an email address already attached to the wrong Supercell ID.
- Do not share verification or recovery codes.
- Do not assume Google Play Games, Game Center, Apple ID, or Facebook login replaces Supercell’s own recovery process.
- Do not claim ownership of another person’s account.
