Roblox Error Code 267 means the creator of a specific experience has banned your account from that experience. Roblox says the ban is not issued by Roblox itself, and it does not necessarily prevent you from playing other experiences or using other Roblox features. The next step is to contact the experience’s creator.
What Code 267 means
Roblox Support defines Error Code 267 as a ban issued by an experience creator for violating Roblox Community Standards within that experience. This is an experience-level action, not by itself a Roblox-wide account ban. Roblox says players can still access other experiences and platform features. Roblox Support: Error Code 267.
The code alone does not establish what happened in an individual case. Read the full kick or ban message for the stated reason; if you think the action was mistaken, ask the experience creator for clarification.
What to do if you see Error Code 267
- Identify the experience. Note which game or experience displayed the message and read the entire notice, including any reason or appeal instructions.
- Contact its creator. Roblox suggests trying Roblox messaging or chat, the experience’s community wall if available, or social links the creator has shared on their profile, community, or the experience details page.
- Use the creator’s process if available. Some experience operators publish their own support or appeal guidance. Follow the instructions for that experience rather than assuming another creator’s policy applies.
Roblox Support says it cannot remove a creator-issued ban or contact the creator on a player’s behalf. Its public guidance does not describe a platform-wide appeal route for this type of ban, so do not assume Roblox Support can reverse it or that the ban has a particular duration.

Why reinstalling Roblox or changing your connection is not the standard fix
Code 267 identifies an experience-level creator ban in Roblox’s current support guidance, so reinstalling the app or changing internet settings is not the recommended response to that code. Other Roblox codes can point to different problems: Roblox describes Code 268 separately as generally related to client/server network issues, sometimes involving conflicts with other applications such as antivirus software. If the displayed code is 268, 266, or 277 rather than 267, use the guidance for that specific connection error instead of treating it as a creator ban.

Refunds and experience-specific rules
Roblox’s Code 267 support page says creators cannot provide Robux or monetary refunds for purchases made on Roblox. A creator may explain or review an experience ban under its own published rules, but that is separate from a refund.
