The HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Pack is a separate DLC purchase, not the base game. IO Interactive’s announced contents are three products: the H3 Deluxe Pack, the H3 Seven Deadly Sins Collection, and the H2 Expansion Access Pass.
What is included in the Deluxe Pack?
IO Interactive’s January 3, 2023 announcement lists these three DLC products in the Pack:
- H3 Deluxe Pack
- H3 Seven Deadly Sins Collection
- H2 Expansion Access Pass
The list is the publisher’s announced bundle contents; it does not mean every item associated with a similarly named Deluxe Edition is included.
Is the Deluxe Pack the full game?
No. IO Interactive presented the Deluxe Pack separately from the HITMAN World of Assassination base game. In the same January 2023 announcement, it described the base game as HITMAN 3 plus the H1 GOTY Access Pass and H2 Standard Access Pass. The Deluxe Pack is additional DLC, so check that you own the base game separately before buying it. IO Interactive’s announcement

What is the difference between the Deluxe Pack and Deluxe Edition extras?
IO Interactive’s IOI Account page describes extra digital and in-game content associated with the “HITMAN WOA Deluxe Edition.” It says the World of Hitman digital book and original soundtracks for HITMAN 1–3 are available to download through an IOI Account, while Deluxe Escalations, suits, items, and director commentary are accessed in-game. These are described separately from the Deluxe Pack’s three DLC products. IOI Account content information
What should you check before buying?
- Base game ownership: The Pack is DLC, not a replacement for the base game.
- Existing DLC: Compare the three included products with what you already own to avoid paying for content twice.
- Your platform’s live listing: Check the current storefront for price, availability, and purchase options. IO Interactive’s January 2023 announcement described Steam “complete the set” pricing and individual DLC through other platforms’ in-game stores, but those historical mechanics may have changed.
How much did the Pack cost?
When IO Interactive announced the revised digital purchase structure in January 2023, it gave an approximate Deluxe Pack price of $30 USD or local equivalent and said the structure would take effect January 26, 2023. That is historical launch context, not a current price quote; regional pricing and present storefront availability should be checked on your platform’s store.
