The guide describes Wind Seeker: Qinghe and Wind Seeker: Kaifeng. A game-item database also lists Wind Seeker: Hexi, but the available information does not establish what the Hexi variant does or how to unlock it.

Yes, conditionally. The Where Winds Meet Global Roadmap describes the Qin Horse’s Treasure Seeking skill as directing the horse toward the nearest chest in range. If there is no chest in range and Wind Seeker conditions are met, using the skill automatically summons a Wind Seeker to sense and mark nearby activity locations. This interaction does not mean every player can summon one regardless of unlock or item conditions.
