What happens when Franklin calls Liz?
According to John Paul Santiago’s PlayerAssist walkthrough, Liz is Elisa Macallen, an optional Booty Call contact for Franklin. When Franklin calls her, she requests a pickup and asks to be taken home. The guide says she invites him inside; the game implies the encounter rather than depicting it, then advances time by a few in-game hours. These details come from that secondary walkthrough, not an official Rockstar description or a first-hand test.

- Complete “Friends Reunited.” The guide says to finish this mission before buying Downtown Cab Co.
- Buy Downtown Cab Co. The walkthrough lists its in-game price as $200,000.
- Wait for a private taxi fare. The guide says Raul’s private-fare calls arrive randomly, once per in-game week, after a message from Minotaur Financial. There are nine such fares, and the player cannot choose which one comes up.
- Complete “Got You Now.” In this fare, Alonzo directs Franklin to Liz. After the encounter, the guide says Liz exchanges numbers with Franklin and asks him to call.
Because the fare is random, the guide’s route may require waiting for it to appear rather than selecting it from a menu.

The walkthrough covers Liz as a Franklin contact in GTA V Story Mode; it does not establish that she can be contacted in GTA Online. If she is missing from the phone, first check that you are playing Story Mode as Franklin and have completed the private fare that unlocks her.
