A used Xbox 360’s value depends on its model, storage, working condition and what comes with it. As a U.S.-dollar snapshot accessed October 8, 2026, PriceCharting’s sold-listing examples range from a $20 untested original 60GB console to tested, accessory-equipped systems selling around $60–$120; boxed or unusually pristine bundles can sell for more. These are individual marketplace transactions, not guaranteed offers. Match your console to recent completed sales for the same model and bundle before setting a price.

Recent Xbox 360 sale examples

The examples below come from PriceCharting pages that use completed eBay and other marketplace sales. They are U.S. dollar results accessed October 8, 2026; shipping and seller costs were not normalized. Listings differ in condition and included items, so treat them as comparables rather than fixed values.

Console Reported completed-sale examples What to take from them
Original Xbox 360, 60GB $59.99 on May 16, 2026, with cables and power supply; $90 on May 16, 2026, for a tested bundle with controller and cables; $20 on May 25, 2026, for an untested console with GTA V; and $90 on July 25, 2025, for a boxed, tested, working bundle. Testing status and bundle contents vary, making the lowest and highest examples poor stand-ins for every console. PriceCharting original 60GB sales.
Xbox 360 E, 4GB $73.43 on February 16, 2026, and $90 on January 17, 2026, for tested working systems. Other 2025 examples on the page range roughly from $55 to $90 depending on inclusions. Compare tested systems with similar accessories. PriceCharting E 4GB sales.
Xbox 360 E, 250GB $78.99 on May 14, 2026, tested with power supply; $104.99 on May 15, 2026, tested with controller; $119.99 on April 26, 2026, tested with controller; and $101.25 on April 13, 2026, with two controllers, Kinect and a game. More storage or extra accessories do not produce a simple fixed premium; the examples are different bundles. PriceCharting E 250GB sales.
Xbox 360 Slim, 4GB $60 on March 8, 2025, for a working system with controller and cables; $78 on January 23, 2025, for a system with 26 games; and $324.99 on September 21, 2025, for a listing labelled “CIB Never Used.” The unused, complete-in-box result is exceptional and should not anchor an ordinary used-console estimate. PriceCharting Slim 4GB sales.
Xbox 360 Slim, 250GB The page showed a $120 PriceCharting figure. Recent examples included $119.99 on August 13, 2026, for a 4GB complete-in-box system with OEM controller; $149.99 on August 1, 2026, for a complete-in-box Slim; and $184.99 on September 6, 2026, for a pristine complete-in-box bundle. The page figure and individual transactions are not interchangeable; the pristine bundle is not a standard used-console benchmark. PriceCharting Slim 250GB sales.

PriceCharting describes its guide as based on sold eBay and other marketplace listings and offers regional views. Its figures can change as transactions are added, so check the current page and your local market rather than carrying these dated examples forward as current offers. Why two Xbox 360s can sell for different amounts

Model and storage

Keep original Xbox 360, Slim and E comparisons separate, and match storage capacity where possible. A model number such as 1439 or 1538 can help identify the unit, but confirm it on the console label and use a guide page for that specific model and capacity. Four, 60 and 250GB listings are different categories; do not assume a price for one applies to another.

Whether it works

A tested working console is not comparable to an untested, faulty or parts-only unit. The original 60GB examples include a $20 untested sale alongside higher tested bundles. Test the functions you can and describe anything you could not test; do not present an unverified console as fully working.

Accessories and bundle contents

State whether the sale includes a power supply, video and power cables, controller, storage, original box, Kinect or games. A bundle price reflects the whole listing, not just the console. The cited sales do not establish a separate dollar value for each accessory, so use comparably equipped bundles rather than assigning the bundle’s full price to the system alone.

Condition and completeness

Clean appearance, a complete box and unused condition can distinguish a listing, but an unusually pristine or unused sale is not a reliable anchor for a typical used console. Treat the Slim 4GB “CIB Never Used” transaction and pristine Slim 250GB bundle as special-condition examples, not ordinary used-system prices.

Location, shipping and timing

The figures above are U.S.-dollar marketplace results, and shipping was not normalized. They are not a conversion guide for other countries. PriceCharting has regional views; for a realistic local estimate, compare completed sales in your country and account for whether the displayed transaction includes shipping. Values can move over time.

How to estimate your console’s selling price

  1. Identify the console. Check the label or system information screen for model and storage capacity. Find a matching original, Slim or E guide page rather than comparing across generations.
  2. Test and record the result. Check power-on, video output, disc reading, controller connection and storage. Note faults and any function you could not verify.
  3. Inventory the bundle. List the power supply, controllers, cables, hard drive or other storage, box, Kinect and games. Photograph what is actually included.
  4. Compare completed sales. Use several recent sales of the same model and capacity, with similar tested status, condition and contents. Ignore unusual unused, pristine or rare-looking listings when estimating an ordinary used system.
  5. Set and refine an asking price. Describe the exact condition and inclusions, use clear photos, then adjust for local demand, shipping and the costs of your chosen selling platform. Current seller fees and payout terms are not established by the sales examples here, so check the platform’s current terms.

What to include in your listing

  • Exact console family and model number, plus storage capacity.
  • Whether it powers on, displays video, reads discs, connects to a controller and recognizes storage.
  • Every included accessory and game, and any missing or faulty item.
  • Photos of the console, label, ports and bundle contents; disclose cosmetic damage.
  • Your location and whether shipping is included in the asking price.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
