Elden Ring Nightreign is a standalone co-op action survival game set in the Elden Ring world. It released worldwide on May 30, 2025, and supports expeditions for up to three players as well as single-player. Players choose a Nightfarer, explore the changing land of Limveld, prepare for a final-day battle against a Nightlord, and do not need to own Elden Ring to play.

Its core loop is built around a three-day cycle. Players select from unique characters called Nightfarers, explore Limveld as it changes, and strengthen their characters before confronting a Nightlord on the third day.
