Can you play FBC: Firebreak solo?
Yes. Solo matchmaking is available, but Remedy says jobs scale according to the number of players and warns that playing alone is challenging. There are no AI teammates to fill empty squad slots. Does FBC: Firebreak have cross-play or cross-progression?

Remedy lists the game for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. At launch, Remedy also listed access through PC Game Pass, Game Pass Ultimate, and the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for Extra and Premium members. Is FBC: Firebreak still getting updates?
PC Gamer reported on March 17, 2026 that Open House was the game’s final major content update. The report said gameplay patches could still be released as needed and relay servers would remain online, but those specific support details are secondary reporting rather than a current guarantee confirmed here by Remedy.
