Where to find your EA ID
- Sign in to your EA Account.
- Open Account Information.
- Read the EA ID shown in your account details.
EA says the EA ID is set up when you create your account. You can also find it among the basic account details in Account Information settings. EA Help: How to create an EA ID
Is an EA ID the same as a PSN ID or Xbox gamertag?
No. Your EA ID (Public ID) identifies you on EA services. A PlayStation Network ID, Xbox gamertag, forum username, or a username used in a particular game is a separate identity. Linking a platform account to your EA Account does not make its ID your EA ID. EA Help: How to access your EA Account data
Can you change your EA ID?
Yes. In Account Information, select Edit next to your EA ID, enter a new one, and save. EA’s published rules say an ID must be unique and 4–16 characters long, cannot contain your name or other identifying information, and can be changed only once every 30 days. These are EA account requirements. EA Help: How to create an EA ID
