There is no universal Roblox chat command that makes your avatar run faster. Roblox’s documented chat commands cover communication and emotes; movement speed is something an experience developer can change with scripting. If you are playing someone else’s experience, check its own controls or help for any speed feature.
Can you use a chat command to run faster in Roblox?
No general speed command is documented in Roblox Support’s list of chat commands. Those commands are for chat and emotes, not changing an avatar’s movement speed. An individual experience may add its own speed mechanic or admin feature, so follow that experience’s controls and rules rather than assuming a command works everywhere.

Roblox notes that controls can vary depending on what the experience developer has enabled. If you cannot find a speed option in the experience’s help or controls, there may not be one available to players.

In Roblox Studio, a creator can change the character’s Humanoid.WalkSpeed property. Roblox Creator Hub describes it as the Humanoid’s maximum walking speed, measured in studs per second. Its documented default is 16 studs per second, inherited from StarterPlayer.CharacterWalkSpeed.

Set a starting speed for newly spawned characters
Set StarterPlayer.CharacterWalkSpeed to choose the starting WalkSpeed for a character when it spawns. Roblox’s documentation says changing this setting does not affect characters that have already spawned.
Change speed with a script
A creator can find a character’s Humanoid in a script and assign a different value to WalkSpeed. Roblox’s speed-boost tutorial demonstrates a part that increases the value by 10 when touched, with a condition that keeps it at or below 50 before the increase. Those are tutorial example values—not a player command or an engine-wide speed cap. The tutorial also uses 100 as an illustrative value and encourages creators to experiment.

Why speed changes need care in multiplayer
Roblox warns that WalkSpeed can be modified locally, so it should not be treated as a security mechanism or the sole way to prevent movement. If speed affects fairness or game state, validate relevant movement and gameplay rules on the server. Roblox describes the server as the ultimate authority for maintaining game state.
