The March 2022 launch of Grand Theft Auto V: Expanded & Enhanced added five cars to GTA Online: the Coil Cyclone II, Karin S95, Imponte Arbiter GT, Pfister Astron Custom, and Pegassi Weaponized Ignus. These were GTA Online additions associated with Hao’s Special Works—not five new cars for GTA V Story Mode.

They were introduced alongside Hao’s Special Works (HSW), the specialist vehicle service in the LS Car Meet. Take-Two described HSW as offering new vehicles with higher top speeds and exclusive modifications and customizations, as well as new race series and time trials. Take-Two’s release announcement also described a Premium Test Ride.
What Rockstar’s launch count means
Rockstar said the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions included five new and five existing vehicles for HSW at launch. That is the launch set eligible for HSW treatment; it does not mean only five vehicles were added to GTA Online forever. Rockstar’s announcement confirms the count and HSW context, while the five names above come from launch-period vehicle reporting, rather than a named roster in Rockstar’s announcement.
#1 Best Overall
- STUNNING VISUALS — Enhanced levels of fidelity and performance with new graphics modes featuring up to 4K resolution, up to 60 frames per second, HDR options, ray tracing, improved texture quality, and more
- FASTER LOADING — Quicker access to the action as the world of Los Santos and Blaine County load in faster than ever before.
- ADAPTIVE TRIGGERS AND HAPTIC FEEDBACK — Feel every moment through the DualSense controller, from directional damage to weather effects, rough road surfaces to explosions, and more.
- TEMPEST 3D AUDIO — Hear the sounds of the world with pinpoint precision: the throttle of a stolen supercar, the rattle of neighbouring gunfire, the roar of a helicopter overhead, and more.
- Please note that although this game is Region Free or Region Unlocked and will work on all systems, this is the European version and may differ from the local version in age rating, labeling or instructions.
Platform and release date
The enhanced PS5 and Xbox Series X|S release arrived on March 15, 2022. HSW is part of GTA Online, and the launch roster should not be mistaken for Story Mode content. Eligible players migrating from PS4 or Xbox One could receive a Karin S95 fully converted by HSW, according to Take-Two’s release.
PC received GTAV Enhanced on March 4, 2025. A current HSW platform guide lists support on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC Enhanced, but not PS4, Xbox One, or PC Legacy. Platform and game version therefore matter: owning an older-generation or Legacy version does not provide HSW access.

The five-car list is not the current full HSW roster
The five models above answer which cars were included at the 2022 launch. They are not a complete list of vehicles available for HSW today: later official updates added vehicles and specified HSW eligibility for some of them on supported platforms. Check Rockstar’s update notes for later additions and their platform eligibility.
