It does not identify the specific “new exclusives” named in the headline, so those items cannot be confirmed from this schedule alone.
What was announced at New York Comic Con?
The Comics Beat’s September 19, 2012 NYCC schedule listed a “Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Celebration” for Thursday, October 11, from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. in room 1A10. The schedule described worldwide anniversary plans that would include “the ultimate Street Fighter tournament series, the feature packed Collector’s Set, and more.” It did not specify the set’s contents or edition.
The schedule named Tomoaki Ayano, identified as a Street Fighter X Tekken producer, and Yoshinori Ono, identified as Street Fighter series executive producer, as panel speakers. It did not include a direct quotation from either of them.
Which exclusives did the schedule mention?
The schedule said attendees could experience exclusive features in Street Fighter X Tekken for PS Vita and iOS, but did not describe those features. It also mentioned the anniversary Collector’s Set without detailing what it contained. The document therefore establishes that these topics were part of the event’s advertised programming, but not that either one was the specific exclusive—or exclusives—meant by the headline.

What else was on Capcom’s NYCC schedule?
A separate “The World of Capcom!” panel was also listed for October 11. Its upcoming titles included Resident Evil 6, DmC, Lost Planet 3, Street Fighter X Tekken (PS Vita), Okami HD, and Remember Me. The schedule does not connect that panel’s games to the anniversary session’s exclusive features.

The located source is The Comics Beat’s NYCC schedule reporting, published September 19, 2012: New York Comic Con Announces Its Thursday Programming. It confirms the session’s date, time, room, listed speakers, and broad subjects. It does not establish the exact contents of the Collector’s Set, explain the PS Vita or iOS features, or identify which item the headline calls a “new exclusive.” Without a primary announcement or the originating article, assigning that headline to a specific product or feature would go beyond the documented facts.
