This is a mechanic for Legends: Arceus; it should not be assumed to apply in other Pokémon games.
How to evolve Ursaring during a full moon
- Get a Peat Block.
- Check that the full-moon condition is active in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
- Use the Peat Block on Ursaring to evolve it into Ursaluna.
A GameFAQs player post suggests checking the Peat Block’s compatibility indicator as a readiness clue. That is community advice, not official guidance: GameFAQs forum discussion.

Does this apply to other Pokémon games?
The documented full-moon evolution described here is specific to Pokémon Legends: Arceus. The available information does not establish the current full-moon evolution rules for Pokémon GO or other titles, so check the mechanics for the particular game you are playing rather than carrying this rule over.
Is the Clefairy moonlit request an evolution?
No. Legends: Arceus also has a full-moon condition associated with the request “The Clefairy’s Moonlit Dance.” That is a separate quest requirement, not an evolution rule. See Game8’s full-moon guide.
