Eelektross is the familiar answer if abilities count: its Levitate ability makes it immune to Ground-type moves, the usual weakness of its Electric typing. That means it has no type weakness while Levitate is active—not that it is invulnerable. If you mean a Pokémon with no weaknesses from typing alone, the modern type chart has no such pure or dual typing.
Why Eelektross has no type weakness while Levitate works
Electric-type Pokémon are normally weak to Ground-type moves. Eelektross is pure Electric, but its Levitate ability grants immunity to Ground moves, removing that weakness as long as the ability is active and effective under the battle’s rules. Pokémon Database identifies Eelektross and its evolutionary family as having no weaknesses because of Levitate: Pokémon Database’s Eelektross entry.
The official Pokémon Pokédex describes Levitate as granting full immunity to Ground-type moves. Its Weezing entry also illustrates that an ability does not erase every weakness for every Pokémon: Weezing’s official Pokédex entry.
Is there a Pokémon with no weaknesses from typing alone?
Not on the modern type chart summarized by Pokémon Database. Ghost/Dark was the notable type combination with no weaknesses before Generation VI, but it became weak to Fairy when that type was introduced. The generation history and current matchups are summarized in Pokémon Database’s type chart.

Type matchups can vary by game. The official Pokémon type chart says it is based on the latest game in the series and cautions that type affinity may differ by game: official Pokémon types and type chart. For a version-specific answer, check that game’s chart and battle rules.
How dual types affect weaknesses
A dual-type Pokémon’s matchups combine the modifiers for both types. One type’s resistance can cancel the other type’s weakness, while a weakness shared by both types can become more severe. The official Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl guide explains that both modifiers are applied: official BDSP battle guide.

Why Shedinja is a different case
Shedinja is sometimes described as having no weaknesses because Wonder Guard blocks direct attacks that are not super effective. That is not the same as being weakness-free: indirect damage and status effects can still harm it. Wonder Guard limits which direct attacks work; Eelektross’s Levitate instead removes its Ground-type weakness while the ability applies. See Pokémon Database’s Wonder Guard reference.
