Consuming the Remembrance gives 30,000 Runes. That is the currency option, not an additional reward alongside either Enia exchange.
Where to get the Remembrance
Morgott, the Omen King, drops the Remembrance along with Morgott’s Great Rune. The item entry places the encounter in Leyndell, Royal Capital, at the Queen’s Bedchamber area.

Can you duplicate it for both rewards?
The cited item entry says Remembrances can be duplicated at different Wandering Mausoleums, but a duplicate cannot be traded for a second copy of an item you have already obtained in the same playthrough. Do not count on duplication to claim two copies of one reward during that playthrough.
