LEGO says an order can arrive in multiple boxes; if no additional shipment or tracking number appears, contact LEGO customer service with your order number and the name of the specific gift-with-purchase (GWP) offer. LEGO’s public guidance does not guarantee a particular remedy or response time.
1. Confirm which gift the order was supposed to include
Check the promotion attached to your order, rather than relying on a general expectation that LEGO orders include a free gift. LEGO’s offers apply to selected sets and have specific terms; the eligible products, dates, and other conditions can differ from one offer to another. Review the LEGO free gifts with purchase page and the terms for the offer that was active when you placed your order.
Have the name of the advertised GWP ready when you contact support. If you are unsure whether your order qualified, ask LEGO to check the order against that promotion’s terms.
2. Check whether the gift is in another shipment
Open LEGO’s Order Status page and check the order details for multiple tracking numbers or shipments. LEGO says orders may be split among several boxes, so an item absent from the first delivery may still be on its way separately.

3. Contact LEGO if there is no other shipment
If Order Status shows no additional shipment, LEGO’s missing-order guidance directs customers to get in touch. Give support your order number, identify the missing GWP, and ask them to check whether the order qualified and what resolution is available.
Use the LEGO customer-service page to find contact details for the country where you placed the order. Do not assume that one phone number or contact route applies everywhere.

What to expect from support
LEGO’s public missing-order page does not state an issue-specific reporting deadline or promise that an omitted GWP will be resent, replaced with another item, refunded, or resolved within a particular time. Ask support what options apply to your order; the outcome is not established by the public guidance.

LEGO’s US returns guidance says: “If your order included a gift with purchase, please include it when returning the qualifying item or order.” That instruction concerns a GWP you received with an order you are returning; it does not say to return an order because its gift was missing. Return rules and offer terms can vary by country and date, so check the relevant local guidance.
