The short route to the VIP key
- Find the woman in the club’s private area. Speak with her before searching for the key. One walkthrough places her in a southeast bedroom; another describes a private room near the DJ stand. These descriptions may reflect different landmarks or guide interpretations, so search the private rooms around the club rather than relying on a single compass direction.
- Read her request and remember that three objects are required. The named items in one walkthrough are a Spreader Bar, a Paddle and a Dildo. The woman does not hand over the key after only one or two items.
- Search the three side rooms. Use the lighting, doorway and furniture clues described below. If a room appears empty, check the floor, tables, shelves and edges of the room before leaving.
- Return to the woman with all three objects. Hand them over, then continue the interaction through its final dialogue or action. The guides describe the key as appearing after the complete exchange, not immediately at the handoff.
- Use the reward at the VIP entrance. Depending on the guide or the game’s inventory wording, the item may be called Bunny Toy or bunny key. At the entrance, follow the reader or keypad prompt to use it.
This is the only documented solution route in the available walkthroughs. The key is not reported as a pickup from the bouncer, a random club spawn or an item obtained by opening the VIP door first.

Where to find the woman who starts the request
The first step is an interaction, not a scavenger hunt. Walk through the club’s private rooms and speak to the woman who gives the three-item request. One guide calls her room a southeast bedroom. Another places her in a private room close to the DJ stand. Because those landmarks differ, do not abandon the search after checking one room described by a guide.

Use the club’s fixed landmarks to orient yourself: the DJ area, the bedrooms and the entrances to the side rooms. Once you find a woman who presents the request, complete that conversation before collecting anything. If no request appears, you may be speaking with a different character or have not reached the relevant interaction point yet; search the private-room area again and check every nearby doorway.
The three requested objects
One walkthrough names the required objects explicitly. A second guide describes their room positions with environmental clues but does not attach each name to a particular compass direction. The safest approach is to use both kinds of information together and inspect all three candidate rooms.

A reliable search pattern
- From the woman’s room, identify the entrances to the surrounding side rooms.
- Check the green-lit room first, including the floor and any low surfaces, for the object associated with that lighting.
- Find the room entered through an oval arch and inspect the ground and nearby furniture rather than looking only at eye level.
- Search the pink-lit room carefully, especially every shelf. A small object can be easy to overlook against club décor.
- If one item is still missing, sweep the southwest, northwest and northeast rooms again. The guides disagree about the exact mapping, so verify each room visually instead of ruling it out because its compass label does not match.
Finish the exchange before checking the VIP door
Collecting all three objects is not necessarily the final trigger. Return to the woman and give her the requested items. Then continue the interaction until there is no remaining handoff or dialogue step described by the encounter. The walkthroughs specifically place the reward after the full exchange.
If you leave immediately after transferring the objects, the game may not have completed the sequence that grants the reward. Reopen the conversation, advance every available response or interaction, and watch for the inventory notification. The reward’s wording varies in the guides: one calls it Bunny Toy, while another calls it a bunny key. Use whichever label your inventory displays; the difference is terminology, not evidence of two separate routes.
Using the reward at the VIP entrance
With the exchange completed, return to the club’s VIP entrance. Approach the reader or keypad and use the newly awarded item when the interaction prompt appears. You should not need to locate a second key, obtain permission from the bouncer or repeat the three-object search after the reward has been granted.

If the entrance still does not respond, first confirm that the inventory contains Bunny Toy or bunny key. Then step away from the door, return to the woman and verify that the conversation ended properly. A missing inventory item points to an unfinished request; an item that is present but produces no prompt may indicate that you are interacting with the wrong doorway or reader.

The available guides do not document a separate bug, platform-specific fix or alternate trigger. Use the following checks in order, because each one addresses a confirmed part of the route without assuming an unverified glitch.
Check that all three objects were collected
Count the items against the request, not against the number of rooms visited. The required set is three objects. Revisit the green-lit room, the oval-arch room and the pink-lit room with its shelf. Also inspect the ground, tables and shelves in the southwest, northwest and northeast rooms, since the guides’ room assignments differ.

Return to the correct character
Make sure you are speaking with the woman who issued the request in the private area. The southeast-bedroom description and the near-DJ description are not identical, so use the club’s landmarks and check nearby private rooms if the expected dialogue is absent.
Complete every interaction step
Hand over all three objects and remain in the exchange until it concludes. Do not assume that the transfer animation or a single line of dialogue means the reward has already been granted. Leave only after the interaction is finished and check the inventory for Bunny Toy or bunny key.
Confirm the entrance and prompt
Take the item to the VIP entrance and interact with its reader or keypad. The reward is intended for that entrance; it is not a general-purpose club item. If no prompt appears, confirm that you are at the VIP entrance rather than another locked door.

What the guides do not establish
There is no reliable evidence in the available walkthroughs for a hidden fourth object, a timer, a required combat encounter, a reset command or a platform-specific workaround. Avoid deleting saves or repeating unrelated activities based on speculation. If the three-object exchange is complete and the reward is still absent, the published guides do not provide a verified explanation.

The two walkthroughs agree on the important progression but describe the club differently. One focuses on named objects and visual details: green lighting, an oval arch and a pink-lit shelf. The other uses southwest, northwest and northeast room labels plus ground, table and shelf surfaces, while leaving the object names unmapped.
That difference matters when following a diagram or remembered route. A compass label may depend on where the guide considers the club’s entrance or DJ stand to be, and a room may be described by its doorway in one account and by its interior position in another. Treat the environmental features as confirmation, not as proof that a particular item must be in a specific cardinal room.
Release and platform context
The US PlayStation Store lists Hellraiser: Revival Standard Edition for PlayStation 5 with an October 8, 2026 release date and identifies Saber Interactive, Inc. as publisher. The listing is US-specific; regional stores may show different edition details or dates. A PlayStation Blog post dated July 16, 2026 also announced the PlayStation 5 release for October 8, 2026.
The puzzle route above comes from secondary walkthrough accounts rather than an official puzzle guide or an independently verified playthrough. The shared sequence—help the woman, collect three objects, finish the exchange and use the reward at the VIP entrance—is consistent between those accounts. Their disagreement about room placement is why this guide avoids presenting an exact object-to-compass map as certain.
