How to appeal a Gray Zone Warfare game ban
- Open the game’s support route. Follow the current support instructions on the official Gray Zone Warfare site or in-game. The EULA says to use the “send feedback button” in the in-game menu to reach the report form.
- State the issue plainly. Explain that you are appealing the ban, when it occurred, and why you believe it was a mistake. Keep the account details and any case or reference number from the notice to hand.
- Give a concise timeline. Describe what happened immediately before the action, in chronological order. Separate what you know from what you suspect; do not claim to know what triggered an enforcement decision unless you have evidence.
- Attach relevant evidence. MADFINGER’s EULA lists examples such as screenshots, video, timestamps, incident descriptions, player IDs, logs, and chat histories. Send material that relates directly to your case, and keep the original files.
- Submit once and retain the record. Keep a copy of your appeal and its confirmation so you can refer to the same details if support asks a follow-up question.
