Fortnite’s Snoop Dogg and Ice Spice concert was Remix: The Prelude, a Times Square performance streamed in Fortnite on November 1, 2024. Epic Games presented it as the kickoff to Chapter 2 Remix, which launched the next day. It was not the season’s finale: Epic scheduled that separate in-game event for November 30.
What happened at Remix: The Prelude?
Snoop Dogg and Ice Spice performed in Times Square, and the performance was streamed live in Fortnite. Epic Games called the event Remix: The Prelude and described it as a blend of real-world and in-game sound and visuals. The event took place on November 1, 2024, the night before the new Battle Royale season began.

Epic said the full performance would later be available in-game at Risky Reels. That was the replay plan announced at the time; it does not establish whether the replay is available now.
How did the concert introduce Chapter 2 Remix?
Chapter 2 Remix launched November 2, 2024. It brought back the Chapter 2 island in remixed form, with weekly location and loot changes drawing on early Chapter 2 and music icons.

Was the concert the Fortnite season finale?
No. Remix: The Prelude was the November 1 launch performance. Remix: The Finale was a separate in-game season-ending event scheduled for November 30, 2024, at 2 PM ET. The two events had different roles and dates.
