The battle report was filmed before a recent Warhammer 40,000 balance update, so treat its army choices as entertainment rather than current competitive guidance.

October 13: Noah Van Nguyen on Scribes and Scriveners
The author conversation covers Van Nguyen’s Black Library work, including Yndrasta: The Celestial Spear, Godeater’s Son, Blood of the Godeater, and Elemental Council. The weekly announcement says the discussion also turns to his writing craft, his detailed descriptions, and the relationship between Sigmar and Yndrasta.
The announcement summarizes the interview but does not attribute any direct quotations to Van Nguyen. Readers looking for an author-focused episode can expect discussion of his fiction and process, not a published transcript or a set of quoted remarks.

The matchup puts a massed Ork force opposite towering Imperial Knight machinery, with the episode framed around the clash rather than as a current army-building guide.
Warhammer Community notes that the game was filmed before a recent Warhammer 40,000 balance update. Its points and force composition may therefore no longer reflect current play. The announcement does not provide a replacement points breakdown or updated competitive assessment.
