Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.4 was reported to arrive on July 31, 2024, at 03:00 UTC (10:00 UTC+7; 12:00 JST). That reported update time does not establish when maintenance was scheduled to end or when the servers actually reopened.
When did Honkai: Star Rail 2.4 release?
A HoYoLAB community post published July 22, 2024, summarizing the July 19 livestream, reported the Version 2.4 arrival time as July 31, 2024, at 03:00 UTC. It gave the equivalent times as 10:00 UTC+7 and 12:00 JST. This is a secondary report, rather than an official maintenance notice.
When did Version 2.4 maintenance end?
The available information does not establish either the announced maintenance end time or the actual time servers reopened. The reported 03:00 UTC update arrival is not enough to determine either one, so it should not be treated as a confirmed maintenance finish.
A separate HoYoLAB community post published August 1, 2024, mentions compensation for routine Version 2.4 maintenance, confirming that maintenance occurred but giving no duration or end time: the post about Version 2.4 maintenance compensation.
