When did the Fortnite x Jujutsu Kaisen skins come out?
Epic Games published its v25.30 “Break the Curse!” update on August 8, 2023, and announced three new Outfits in the Item Shop. Epic Games Japan gave the collaboration’s approximate start time as 8 PM Japan time. That is a local approximate time, not a universal timestamp for every region.
Epic’s English announcement described the Outfits as available “starting now.” The three named Item Shop Outfits were:
- Megumi Fushiguro
- Nobara Kugisaki
- Satoru Gojo

Is there a confirmed 2026 release or return date?
The official announcements cited here document the August 8, 2023 launch; they do not confirm a new 2026 release or return schedule. A page published in 2026 using this topic’s wording also does not establish a new date. For current availability, check Fortnite’s live Item Shop and Epic’s official Fortnite news.
Was Yuji Itadori part of the Item Shop release?
Not in the same way as the three named Outfits. Epic’s update distinguished Yuji Itadori’s outfit from the new Item Shop Outfits: Yuji was included in the event’s premium reward track, which cost 1,000 V-Bucks and offered 11 unlockable rewards. Those details describe the 2023 event, not a current purchase offer.

When did the 2023 event end?
Epic said “Break the Curse!” ran until August 25, 2023, at 2 AM ET. That event end time does not establish how long each Item Shop Outfit was available to buy.
