Worlds 2026 draw schedule
Riot’s Worlds 2026 Primer, published October 5, lists four draw stages and their timing:

What to know about the dates
No exact draw times are listed
The official primer specifies dates and sequence rather than clock times. For the October 10 Play-In draw, the stated timing is after the CBLOL Finals; the October 18 Swiss Round 1 draw follows the Play-Ins. The primer does not give a precise hour for either draw or the later ones.
The English and Portuguese primers differ on one date
Riot’s English primer lists Swiss draws on October 23, 24, 26, and 30. Its Portuguese version also lists October 25. Because those official localized versions disagree, the English-language schedule above follows the English primer and does not add October 25.

How the draws fit into Worlds 2026
Worlds runs October 15 through November 14. Riot’s event update places Play-Ins on October 15–18 in Los Angeles; the Swiss Stage on October 23–26 and October 28–31 in Allen, Texas; Knockouts on November 3–8 in Allen; and the final on November 14 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The LoL Esports live schedule also lists the event dates as October 15–November 14.
Riot’s format announcement describes a 19-team tournament. Four teams contest the Play-In bracket, with one advancing to Swiss. The Swiss Stage has five rounds; teams qualify for Knockouts at three wins and are eliminated at three losses. These stages explain why the draws occur at different points: Play-In and Swiss pairings set matches as teams enter each phase, while the Quarterfinals draw matches the final Swiss records to determine the knockout bracket.
