In Schedule 1, coca leaves do not come from a wild pickup. You get them by buying coca seeds from Salvador Moreno in the Docks, planting the seeds in Pots, and harvesting the plants.
The route to coca leaves
The guides we checked describe one path: unlock the Docks, get introduced to Salvador Moreno, buy seeds, grow them, and harvest. Work through these steps in order.
- Progress until the Docks are open. The Schedule1.io Drugs Guide describes the Docks as the fourth area in the game (Schedule1.io Drugs Guide).
- Build a friendly relationship with Mac Cooper or Javier Perez. Either character is the documented route to an introduction to Salvador Moreno, according to the same guide.
- Contact Salvador Moreno and buy coca seeds. The Fandom Suppliers page lists him as the Docks coca seed supplier.
- Plant the seeds in Pots, then harvest the plant to collect coca leaves.
- Optional: hang the leaves on a Drying Rack to improve their quality.
Reaching Salvador Moreno
Salvador is the only coca seed supplier named in the sources we checked, and he operates in the Docks. You cannot shortcut the process by going straight to him: the guide ties his introduction to a relationship with one of the two Docks contacts above. The Fandom Suppliers page also places his stash behind the Church. That is the least certain detail in this guide. We could check it only through a search summary, not the full page, so if you do not find his stash there, look for him through the contacts and the in-game map instead of assuming the location is wrong.
Growing and harvesting coca
Planting in Pots
Pots are the growing container for coca seeds. Plant the seeds in a Pot, then harvest the plant once it is ready to yield leaves. Both guides describe this step, but neither gives a detailed interface walkthrough for the current build.

Grow time and yield
The sources do not confirm a grow time or a yield per plant for the current version of the game. Treat any specific number you see online as unverified, and judge readiness by the plant’s state in its Pot rather than by a fixed timer.
The Drying Rack is optional
A Drying Rack is not required to get coca leaves. According to the Schedule1.io Items Guide, hanging harvested organic items, including coca leaves, on the rack improves their quality (Schedule1.io Items Guide). If you skip the rack, you still get usable leaves, just without that quality improvement.
How reliable these details are
The game is a PC title released through Steam, and the Schedule 1 Wiki says it is not affiliated with TVGS (Schedule 1 Wiki). None of the guides below is official developer documentation for this unlock path, so the steps reflect community testing and may change with game updates.
| Source | What it supports | How it was checked |
|---|---|---|
| Schedule1.io Drugs Guide | Docks as the fourth area; Mac Cooper or Javier Perez as the route to Salvador Moreno; Pots and harvesting | Full page reviewed |
| Fandom Suppliers page | Salvador as Docks coca seed supplier; stash behind the Church | Search summary only; page not fully checked |
| Schedule1.io Items Guide | Drying Rack improves quality of organic items, including coca leaves | Full page reviewed |

If the route does not match your game
- The Docks are not open yet: keep progressing through the main areas; the guide places the Docks fourth in order.
- Mac Cooper and Javier Perez do not lead to Salvador: the relationship may need more progress before the introduction appears. Check your in-game Messages for new contacts.
- Salvador is not at the listed stash: check your map and Messages, since the stash location is the least verified detail here.
- Your game shows different directions: follow what the in-game Messages and map show, because the guides may not reflect your build.
