Search during the in-game night and patrol areas where ordinary NPCs appear. Night Vampires are reported to roam rather than spawn at one guaranteed location. Start with the community-reported bus-stop hotspots below, and use Eagle Vision to scan nearby NPCs.
Where to look for Night Vampires
Community guides describe Night Vampires as appearing around the map, including at normal NPC spawn areas, rather than at one fixed, dependable spot. The guides consistently recommend searching during the in-game night, though that behavior is not confirmed in the public official documentation reviewed.
Use these locations as a checklist, not guaranteed spawn points:
- Bus Stop 1
- Bus Stop 2
- Bus Stop 11
- Bus Stop 18
Those four bus stops come from a community map guide. Other player guides mention areas near the Kira raid, a gym, and the graveyard. Reports differ, so widen your patrol to ordinary NPC areas instead of waiting at one landmark.

A practical search route
- Wait for the in-game night. Multiple community guides recommend hunting during that cycle, but do not treat the timing as an officially verified mechanic.
- Check nearby NPCs with Eagle Vision. The community map guide says to press N to activate it; use the scan while moving through NPC areas.
- Visit the reported bus stops. Check Bus Stops 1, 2, 11, and 18, then branch out toward the Kira raid area, gym, or graveyard if you have not found a target.
- Keep moving if an area is empty. The reported roaming behavior makes a patrol more sensible than camping one spot. Recheck areas as the in-game time changes.
Are Night Vampires part of a Hamon quest?
Community guides connect Night Vampire kills to an Ancient Ghost Hamon quest, but they disagree on the required count: one reports 10 kills, while another describes a 99-kill objective associated with a different quest. Neither number is established as a universal current requirement by the official-source check described in the guides. Follow the objective shown in your live quest prompt.
What is confirmed—and what is not
The available location advice is community-reported. A third-party summary of public official Trello cards says those cards confirm base Vampire facts but do not establish a separate Night Vampire route. No reliable spawn-rate data or officially verified best location is available in the sources reviewed. Treat the bus stops and other landmarks as useful places to check, not promises.
