Pill is found in central Sinner’s Road, but only after you start the My Missing Brother wish. Community wiki pages place him there and describe the quest chain that makes him searchable. Neither source gives a room-by-room landmark, so treat the area as the target and explore it systematically.
Who Pill is
Pill is one of the two courier brothers, alongside Tipp. He is not a pill-shaped collectible or an item. The Hollow Knight Wiki’s page on the couriers describes both brothers and their delivery wishes, and it is the best starting point if you want background on the pair.[1]
What you need before searching
The rescue wish does not appear on its own. Community wiki pages list the following prerequisites, in order:
- Complete the quest My Missing Courier.
- Accept the quest Great Taste of Pharloom.
- Speak to the Caretaker of Songclave.
Once those steps are done, the My Missing Brother wish becomes available. You need to promise the wish before you can rescue Pill. Searching for him earlier will not trigger the rescue, according to the same pages.[2][3]

Where to search
After you promise the wish, go to central Sinner’s Road and search that area for Pill. The wiki sources identify the zone but do not give exact coordinates or a specific room, so expect to explore the central section of the road rather than go straight to a marked point.[1][3]

- Check each area thoroughly, since no source gives a precise landmark.

After the rescue
Once you have rescued him, Pill returns to Bellhart and reunites with Tipp. The brothers then offer delivery wishes from there.[1][2]
