There isn’t one dependable entrance to the secret room in R.E.P.O.’s Service Station. The route can vary with the shop layout, and a third-party walkthrough says some runs may not include a secret room at all. Match the clues in your shop to the routes below rather than searching only for the ceiling entrance.
How to search the Service Station
- Identify the shop layout. The v0.4.0 Cosmetic Update introduced new shop environments, according to Semiwork’s May 7, 2026 announcement. It mentions possible new secrets but does not document specific entrances.
- Look for the matching clue. The routes below are reported by the third-party Repo Game walkthrough; Semiwork has not individually confirmed them.
- If you find none of the clues, keep the possibility of a roomless run in mind. The walkthrough says some runs may not spawn a secret room.
Reported secret-room entrances
Ceiling panel near the health-item shelf
In the older service-shop layout, check the ceiling near the health-item shelf. The walkthrough says to grab and pull the panel to open it.
Bathroom crawlspace
If the layout has a bathroom, the walkthrough’s route is to stand in the toilet and flush. It says this leads to a crawlspace above the first cubicle.
Upstairs manager’s office
In a shop with stairs and an upstairs office door, search the shop floor for a keycard and try the manager’s office entrance.

Inspect the back floor for the reported fake-floor entrance to a basement.
Cracked wall
Check damaged wall panels for a possible cracked-wall entrance.

Semiwork’s v0.4.0 announcement establishes that the Cosmetic Update added new shop environments and alludes to possible new secrets. It does not specify where those secrets are or verify the individual routes above. The entrance details come from the third-party walkthrough, which does not provide comparative success rates.
