The car’s exact parking spot may vary, and another guide described spawns as random. These are reported locations—not confirmed October 2026 spawns—so check the live map and nearby roads as you search.
Where to search for the DeLorean
Two December 2025 guides identified the same four Chapter 7 areas. Search the surrounding roads and likely parking spots rather than expecting the car at one fixed point.
| Reported area | Where to look nearby |
|---|---|
| East of Wonkeeland | Nearby roads, garages, and parking areas; the exact spot may vary. |
| Sandy Strip | Nearby roads, garages, and parking areas; the exact spot may vary. |
| Sus Studios | Nearby roads, garages, and parking areas; the exact spot may vary. |
| Humble Hills | Nearby roads, garages, and parking areas; the exact spot may vary. |
All Things How and Beebom reported those areas. Insider Gaming instead described the car as appearing at random roads, streets, and plausible parking places, with an in-game map icon visible at close range. The reports do not establish which description reflects the current spawn system; prioritize what the live game shows.
How to get the Plutonium Crate
The December 2025 guides report that reaching 88 mph in a DeLorean triggers a brief time-jump effect and places a Plutonium Crate on the car. The vehicle otherwise behaves much like a Whiplash, according to those guides.

One crate per car
The reported reward is limited to one crate per vehicle. Once claimed, that DeLorean does not provide another; finding a different DeLorean is reported to offer another crate.
What the crate may contain
Reported examples include high-tier or legendary weapons such as an OG Assault Rifle, Infantry Rifle, OG Pump Shotgun, Lever Action Shotgun, Compact SMG, Minigun, Six Shooter, Drum Gun, or Hunting Rifle, along with grenades and healing or utility items. The guides describe variation, not a fixed or complete loot table, so no particular weapon is guaranteed.

Choose when to trigger the time jump
One guide recommends landing a little away from a likely spawn, gearing up, then approaching under cover and checking the surrounding area. It also frames the 88 mph trigger as a choice: activate it early to claim the crate sooner, or hold off and preserve the time-jump effect as a possible repositioning option for a later fight. That is reported tactical advice, not independently tested guidance.

The cited location and mechanic guides were published in December 2025 and discuss Chapter 7. They do not confirm that the DeLorean remains available, or that its reported spawn areas still apply, in October 2026. No current official confirmation is established here; check the live game for availability and follow its map or vehicle indicator rather than treating older location reports as guarantees.
