The DeLorean’s current Battle Royale spawn location is not confirmed for October 2026. A location guide published December 19, 2025, for the Chapter 7 Winterfest map listed four areas: east of Wonkeeland, Sandy Strip, Sus Studios, and Humble Hills. Treat them as historical search zones—not verified locations on the live map.
Where is the DeLorean on the map right now?
Epic’s August 20, 2026 announcement identifies Chapter 7 Season 4 as Override, but does not say whether the DeLorean appears in Battle Royale. The December 2025 location guide cannot establish its availability in the current season. Check the live map in your match; the old locations below are useful only if you are consulting the Winterfest 2025 map.

Epic’s Chapter 7 Season 4: Override announcement
Winterfest 2025 DeLorean locations
The December 19, 2025 guide lists four spawn areas on that season’s map. It describes them as guaranteed areas, but says the car’s exact parking spot could vary within each zone.
| Historical area | Where to search within it |
|---|---|
| East of Wonkeeland | Nearby roads, garages, service stops, and parking areas |
| Sandy Strip | Nearby roads, garages, service stops, and parking areas |
| Sus Studios | Nearby roads, garages, service stops, and parking areas |
| Humble Hills | Nearby roads, garages, service stops, and parking areas |
These are not confirmed October 2026 spawns. The guide’s advice for its map was to check roads, small garages, gas pumps, driveways, and parking lots rather than expect one fixed parking position. It also said the DeLorean icon appeared only when a player was relatively close, so sweep nearby ground if you do not see it at first.

What the DeLorean did in the 2025 map
The same guide reported that reaching 88 MPH in the vehicle triggered a short time-jump and placed a Plutonium Crate on its roof. Each particular DeLorean could grant that crate once. Those mechanics describe the Winterfest 2025 implementation; Epic’s Season 4 announcement does not confirm that they remain active.

The DeLorean found in a match and the Back to the Future Time Machine cosmetic are different things. Epic’s item listing describes the Time Machine as a cosmetic vehicle for the Sports Car slot in supported Fortnite experiences. The captured listing showed a price of 2,500 V-Bucks, but that does not establish today’s price or availability—and owning the cosmetic did not affect the 2025 map vehicle’s spawn behavior.
