Final Heaven is the late-game Devil Flags area in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. You reach it with 330 Devil Flags and Pirate Rank 5. The sea route ends at Heavenly Island, where Captain Zeus is the final encounter. Defeating Zeus ends the Devil Flags sidestory and unlocks the named ultimate treasure, “The Friends We Made Along the Way.” The story treasure driving the whole hunt is the Pharaoh Stone.
What you need before you head to Final Heaven
Final Heaven is gated behind two progression checks. Sources agree on both numbers, so treat them as the entry requirements:
- 330 Devil Flags. Collecting this total completes the Devil Flags progression that leads to the final area. The GameFAQs walkthrough The Devil Flags (CyricZ, version 1.3, updated February 24, 2026) and the Neoseeker guide The Goro Pirates’ Legend both list this threshold.
- Pirate Rank 5. The GameFAQs guide and the Neoseeker guide both list this rank for the Final Heaven challenge, and the Map Master completion hub gives the same Final Heaven threshold in its overview of the three Heavens.
The route, step by step
Once you meet both requirements, the path to Captain Zeus runs in four stages. The sources describe Final Heaven as a short, narrow stretch rather than an open sea zone, so expect a linear run that ends at Heavenly Island.
#1 Best Overall
- PIRATE YAKUZA ADVENTURE AHOY - Goro Majima, a notorious ex-yakuza suddenly finds himself shipwrecked on a remote island in the Pacific. Unable to remember even his own name, he sets sail in search of clues to his lost memories, accompanied by a boy named Noah who saved his life.
- GET YOUR SHIP TOGETHER - Assemble a one-of-a-kind crew while upgrading your ship as you explore the open sea and forge your legend in the cannon fire of foes, unexpected friendships, and immense riches made along the way.
- KICK ARRSS WITH CREATIVE COMBAT - Dynamically switch between the “Mad Dog” and “Sea Dog” fighting styles to mix-up attacks and deliver explosive combos, juggles, and aerial takedowns that reward your creativity with over-the-top action.
- Enter Final Heaven. Follow the Devil Flags progression into the area after reaching 330 Devil Flags and Pirate Rank 5.
- Sail the sea passage. Expect Devil Flags ship encounters and hazardous navigation along the way. The GameFAQs guide advises prioritizing survival over clearing every encounter, with the goal of reaching the island.
- Fight your way onto Heavenly Island. The arrival sequence is a naval battle followed by a boarding battle.
- Push through the island to Captain Zeus. The island route includes lightning hazards and a bunker passage. The bunker holds treasure barrels; see the limits section below for what the sources do and do not establish about them.
Which treasure is which
Three different items are mentioned around Final Heaven, and they are easy to confuse. Keep them separate:
| Item | What it is | How you get it | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pharaoh Stone | The story treasure the Devil Flags hunt is built around, and it is tied to Captain Zeus | It is the object of the pursuit, not the completion reward | GameFAQs treasure guide; Neoseeker |
| The Friends We Made Along the Way | The named ultimate treasure | Unlocked when you defeat Zeus, which ends the Devil Flags sidestory. PowerPyx places it after the Devil Flags leader is defeated. | Neoseeker; PowerPyx (February 23, 2025) |
| Bunker treasure barrels | Optional barrels inside the bunker on Heavenly Island | Found during the island push toward Zeus | GameFAQs The Devil Flags |
Why the treasure list reads differently from the walkthroughs
The GameFAQs treasure list, A Treasury of Treasures (CyricZ, version 1.3, updated February 24, 2026), gives its final entry as “#65 – ??? – Found on Heavenly Island.” That line tells you where the item is, but it does not name it. The same guide describes the list as a location index. PowerPyx and Neoseeker name the reward, so the entries are compatible. The list identifies the location, and the walkthroughs identify the item.

What “all treasures” does and does not cover
The title promises every Final Heaven treasure, and that promise needs qualifying. PowerPyx’s guide, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii All Treasure Locations (published February 23, 2025), gives the game’s treasure total as 65 and says 40 are required for the Expert Treasure Hunter trophy. These are figures from that guide as of its publication date, not independently verified totals.
The sources establish the route, the Devil Flags requirements, the Heavenly Island sequence, and the named completion reward. They do not map the individual treasure barrels inside the bunker, so this article does not offer a barrel-by-barrel checklist. If you are chasing every optional item, use a location-by-location guide for the bunker.
