Bait, Fetch, Blast is listed as a follow-up to Tracks Of The Beast. Complete that earlier quest before looking for Apollo’s assignment. Once the prerequisite is complete, find Apollo and accept Bait, Fetch, Blast. The community quest listing identifies Apollo as the giver and Pendola Pass as the map for the mission.

The exact wording in your live quest tracker should take priority if it differs from a community listing. Quest databases can lag behind a patch or display objectives in a slightly different order, while the in-game tracker is the instruction that determines completion.

The same three destruction choices and the Bully Fragmenter delivery appear in two independent community quest listings. That agreement makes the objective structure reasonably clear, but it does not establish an official spawn table or an exact combat method.

Understanding the “complete either or” Bully requirement
Destroy a Bully
This is the broadest wording: defeat a Bully in the raid. If the tracker records the general destruction line, it should satisfy the alternative without requiring a specific body part.
Destroy the Bully’s head
This is a more specific alternative. The listing treats it as a substitute for destroying the whole Bully, not an additional requirement. If your tracker shows the head objective as complete, do not assume you must also complete the general destruction line.
Destroy four Bully legs
The third alternative counts four legs. It is still part of the same either/or group. Read the tracker after the fight to verify which line registered, especially if the encounter ended before every listed condition was met.

Because the sources do not provide damage values, weapon recommendations, hit-location rules, or a tested strategy, avoid relying on an assumed number of shots or a particular weapon class. Use the objective text that is actually displayed in your raid and confirm the counter before leaving the area.
Where to search on Pendola Pass
The quest record names Pendola Pass but does not publish coordinates. Three landmarks recur in recent community reports. They are useful starting points, not guaranteed spawn locations.

Start at the landmark you can reach safely, then widen the search instead of repeatedly circling one object. A Bully may be elsewhere on Pendola Pass, and the available reports do not prove that any one landmark is better than the others. If the encounter is absent, that is consistent with the reported raid-to-raid variation rather than evidence that the quest is broken.

A practical raid-by-raid workflow
- Finish the prerequisite. Confirm that Tracks Of The Beast is complete and that Apollo offers Bait, Fetch, Blast.
- Accept the quest and read the tracker. Note the map, the exact destruction wording, and the Bully Fragmenter hand-in line. If the live tracker differs from a database entry, follow the live tracker.
- Enter Pendola Pass. Treat the map name as the required search area, not as proof that a Bully will appear at a particular landmark.
- Choose a search landmark. Railyard is described as a starting point by one guide. Cielo Sereno Observatory and the bus near Commissary Supermarket are additional reported leads.
- Check the tracker after an encounter. Confirm whether the game registered the general Bully destruction, the head, or four legs. The quest only requires one of those alternatives.
- Search the remains for the Bully Fragmenter if it is available. A recent guide associates the item with Bully loot, but that pickup detail is not confirmed by the quest listings. Treat it as a possibility, not a guaranteed drop rule.
- Secure the item and extract. The guide recommends extracting with the Fragmenter, but the accessible quest record does not document a verified extraction procedure. Keep the item if it appears, and use the extraction rules shown by your current game session.
- Return to Apollo. Deliver one Bully Fragmenter and verify that the hand-in is recorded. Do not assume that completing a destruction alternative alone completes the quest.
How to handle the Bully Fragmenter requirement
The Fragmenter is the item most likely to cause confusion because it serves two different roles in the available quest data. The objective requires delivery of one Bully Fragmenter to Apollo, while the completion rewards list also names a Bully Fragmenter. The requirement is the item you must possess for the hand-in; the reward is the item shown after completion.
The quest listings confirm the quantity—one—but do not state a fixed container, vendor, coordinate, or guaranteed drop. A recent guide’s search summary points to the Bully as the source and advises extracting with the item. Because that detail is marked unconfirmed against the accessible quest record, phrase your plan as “look for the Fragmenter in or around the Bully’s remains if it appears, then extract,” rather than treating it as an official guaranteed drop.
If you defeat a Bully and no Fragmenter appears, check the body and nearby loot according to the prompts in your session, then consult the tracker before leaving. The available evidence cannot establish whether every Bully drops one, whether the item can appear elsewhere, or whether a failed extraction changes its availability.

You cannot find Apollo’s quest
Recheck Tracks Of The Beast. The prerequisite is part of the quest record, so an incomplete earlier mission is the first condition to verify. Then reload the objectives screen and confirm that the quest is accepted rather than merely visible in a list.

A landmark has no Bully
Move on from that landmark and search the wider Pendola Pass area. Reports describe changing or random locations and explicitly reject guaranteed spawns. A vacant Railyard, observatory, or bus area does not by itself invalidate the quest.
The destruction line did not complete
Read which alternative the tracker displays. The listing allows one of the three conditions, but it does not explain how partial damage is counted. If the counter remains unchanged, finish another encounter while targeting the exact line shown in-game and verify the update before extracting.
You have the destruction completion but cannot hand in
Check that you actually possess one Bully Fragmenter. Destroying a Bully and delivering the Fragmenter are separate requirements. If the item was found during a raid, make sure it survived extraction and appears in the inventory or quest hand-in screen.

The reward differs from a community listing
Use the reward screen in your current build as the authority. The reported Showstopper, Barricade Kit, Medium Shield, Looting Mk. 3 (Survivor), Bully Fragmenter, and Wolfpack values come from community-maintained listings rather than an official Embark Studios quest document.
